Hijama near Chantilly, VA

Getting here from Chantilly
From the middle of Chantilly the practice is about 7 miles away, roughly 12 minutes by car.
The route is Route 28 south, then I-66 east for a short stretch, off at the Fairfax County Parkway heading north, and onto Fair Lakes Parkway. Most of the drive is on Route 28, which most people in Chantilly already use every day.
These are clear-road figures from OpenStreetMap routing, checked in October 2026. Weekday rush hour can stretch them a long way, so check your map on the day, just before you leave. Route 28 is the part that slows down at peak times. If you are coming from the south end of Chantilly, near Route 50, it is often simpler to come east on Route 50 and turn into Fair Lakes from there; the shopping area sits between Route 50 and I-66.
Why it suits Chantilly
Chantilly is close enough that a session does not need a day planned around it, and it is the next town over rather than a trip into the city. If you work around the Dulles corridor, a session can fit on the way home: the drive is short, and the session is a quiet end to the day.
When you get to Fair Lakes
The address to put into your phone is 4401 Fair Lakes Ct, Fairfax, VA 22033. We are inside the HAWA Fairfax Community Center, in Room 401a on the fourth floor.
Fair Lakes sits just inside the Fairfax County Parkway, so you are close the moment you leave Route 28. The community center is a low, dark-glass building set back behind trees, with a paved path up to the entrance. There is no clinic sign outside, so look for the building, not a sign.
Parking is free. Use the lot outside the building; park anywhere, no permit is needed. The parking lot, the entrance and the restroom are wheelchair accessible, and there is an elevator up to the fourth floor.
Come a few minutes early. A few screening questions come first, then the session; allow about an hour and a half for brothers and two hours for sisters. What to eat, wear and bring is on the booking page.
Who you will see, and what it costs
A woman practitioner for sisters, a man for brothers. Wet cupping (hijama) is $135, dry cupping $115, with a $55 deposit at booking that comes off the price (prices in full). By appointment only; book here. New to hijama? Start with What is Hijama?
Nearby, we have also written up the trip from Centreville and Herndon.
Hijama is a traditional practice and is not a substitute for medical care. If you are on medication, pregnant, or unsure for any reason, speak to your doctor first and say so at intake.
