A Note for Men

What to know before you book

What brings men in

Many men come for the back, neck, and shoulder tension of work and training, for general wellness, and to revive a cherished Sunnah. Hijama is complementary and not a substitute for medical care.

Sunnah timing

Many prefer the days commonly recommended in the Sunnah — the 17th, 19th, and 21st of the lunar month. We'll gladly help you schedule around them.

Before & after

Come well-hydrated and avoid a heavy meal right before your session. We'll share simple aftercare so you recover comfortably.

A cherished Sunnah

Cupping is part of the prophetic tradition. In authentic narrations (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim), the Prophet ﷺ described cupping as among the best of remedies. Many men treasure hijama as a Sunnah practice for body and soul.
