Simple aftercare tips so you feel cared for well beyond your visit.
Thoughtful timing & care
During pregnancy
We do not perform wet cupping during pregnancy. Please consult your physician — we'd be glad to welcome you after your recovery.
Around your cycle
We'll simply help you schedule your appointment around your menstrual cycle — just let us know when you book.
After childbirth
Many sisters choose hijama once they've recovered (commonly after about forty days). We'll guide you gently on the right timing.
A cherished Sunnah
Cupping is part of the prophetic tradition. In authentic narrations (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim), the Prophet ﷺ described cupping as among the best of remedies. Many sisters treasure hijama as a Sunnah practice for body and soul.
