Hikma Healing
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of hikmahealing.art, the appointments you book with us, and the text messages and emails we send you. Please read the text messaging section carefully — it explains exactly what we send, how often, and how to stop.
Hikma Healing is a hijama (Islamic wet and dry cupping) wellness practice in Fairfax, Virginia, operated by 2BE LLC, trading as Hikma Healing. Where these terms say "we," "us," or "Hikma Healing," they mean 2BE LLC. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.

What the programme is
Hikma Healing operates a text message programme that supports your appointment with us. It is a customer care and appointment programme: every message relates to a booking you have made or an enquiry you have sent us.
How you join
You are added to the programme only when you give us your mobile number and expressly agree to receive text messages — by ticking the SMS consent box on our online booking form or enquiry form, by giving verbal consent when you book by phone, or by texting us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or of receiving any treatment from us. If you prefer not to be texted, book by phone and we will contact you by call or email instead.
What we send
| Message | When it is sent |
|---|---|
| Booking confirmation, with your date, time and location | Immediately after you book |
| Preparation reminder, telling you how to prepare for your session | About 24 hours before your appointment |
| Final reminder | About 2 hours before your appointment |
| A request for your feedback or a review | About 2 hours after your session ends |
| A reminder that you are due for a follow-up session | About 3 months after your last session |
| A reply to a question you have sent us | When you contact us |
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your bookings. You will typically receive up to 5 messages per appointment, plus any replies to messages you send us. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Hikma Healing does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving or sending them, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to stop — opt out
You can stop the messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then we will not text you again. To rejoin, reply START, or ask us next time you book.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message from us and we will respond with contact information. You can also reach us any time at hikmahealing@gmail.com, or on (571) 296-6224 (Ladies) or (929) 302-4377 (Men).
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your handset, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we handle the rest of your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers
Our messages are supported on all major United States carriers. We send to United States mobile numbers only.
Our services
We offer hijama (wet cupping) and dry cupping in two lanes: sessions for women, delivered by Namira, a certified female practitioner, and sessions for men, delivered by Ramiz. Both practitioners hold a Certified Hijama Practitioner diploma from Hijama Nation Academy and are licensed through the Professional Wellness Alliance. All cups and blades are sterile and single-use.
Hijama is a traditional Sunnah wellness practice, not medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical condition. Some people find that cupping may support relaxation and short-term relief of muscle, back or neck tension; the published evidence for this is limited. Nothing we say or publish is a substitute for care from a qualified medical professional, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Booking, deposits, cancellations and refunds
Sessions are booked through this website or by phone. A session length covers your treatment together with the preparation and cleaning of the room before and after, so the time you book is the time the room is reserved for you.
Deposit and balance
A deposit of $55 is taken when you book, and it holds your slot. The remainder is due after your session: we send you a payment link once your session is complete, and you settle it from your own phone. Prices are shown on our Pricing page, and the price you are shown when you book is the price you pay for that session.
Cancelling and rescheduling
A two-hour cupping slot is hard to fill at short notice, so how much notice you give us decides what happens to your money.
| Notice you give us | If you cancel | If you reschedule |
|---|---|---|
| More than 48 hours | Full refund, including the deposit | Allowed — what you have paid moves to the new appointment |
| 24 to 48 hours | No refund; the deposit is forfeited | Allowed — what you have paid moves to the new appointment |
| Under 24 hours, or you do not attend | No refund; the deposit is forfeited | Not allowed |
Two things worth knowing about how these rules interact:
- A rescheduled booking keeps the cancellation terms of the original booking. Once you have moved a slot, the deposit is no longer refundable, even though your new appointment is further away.
- If you cancel or do not attend, we cancel the outstanding balance for that session. You will not be chased for the remainder of a session that did not happen.
Health screening and your responsibilities
New clients complete a health screening form before their first session. You agree to answer it truthfully and completely, and to tell us before your session if anything has changed — in particular if you are pregnant or nursing, are taking blood-thinning medication, have had recent surgery, or have been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, anemia, a heart condition, or a chronic or autoimmune condition.
We may decline or postpone a session if, in the practitioner's judgement, cupping would not be safe for you. If we decline on safety grounds before your session begins, we will refund your deposit in full.
You agree to arrive on time. Arriving late shortens your session; it does not extend the room booking.

Liability
You attend sessions at your own risk and release Hikma Healing and its practitioners from liability for any outcome arising from services provided, except where the law does not permit that release. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to book with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
