The messages are about your own appointment: booking confirmations, preparation instructions, reminders before your session, a request for feedback afterwards, a reminder when you are due for a follow-up, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.
- Message frequency varies with your bookings — typically up to 5 messages per appointment, plus replies to messages you send us.
- Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us on the numbers below.
- Consent is not a condition of booking an appointment or of receiving any treatment. If you would rather not be texted, book by phone and we will call or email you instead.
- You must be 18 or older to consent to receive text messages from us.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our messages are supported on all major United States carriers. We send to United States mobile numbers only.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
